Ordered take out to pick up on the way to the cottage. As ALWAYS.....amazing fish and chips. Portions are generous and the price is more than fair!!! Prep and service are fast. Would highly recommend!!!
Fast, tasty, good service and nice view in the patio outside. The burgers and sandwiches looked great, I went for the liver with onion and bacon and it hit the spot. Good prices too and can top the meal with ice cream as dessert. The patio is well spaced and has some tables with umbrellas.
Great menu, huge portions, cheap drinks compared to other restaurants in the area and the servers/owners are some of the friendliest people I’ve met! 100% recommend going to Dockside Willie’s if you’re in or going through Wiarton. My favourites are the chicken curry, the three cheese tortellini & the Philly Willie Cheesesteak! Ps, onion rings? NO EXTRA CHARGE. I’m a big fan.
Another phenomenal dinning experience with great view of the water! The variety of delicious sauces for the wings is hard to choose from. We’ve enjoyed many meals here and will definitely be back
The service was excellent. Shay gave great tips for sightseeing. The soup came highly recommended, and it did not disappoint.
Our server, Shayla, was awesome. Pleasant, helpful and nice. Service is A1. We had the fish and chip special and they make their own beer batter. The best fish I’ve had in Ontario! EVER. And the mojito with fresh mint was delicious. One last thing, we saw someone left a review for overcooked fries, they were perfect. Great views. Friendly and extremely pleasant to deal with staff. Can’t ask for more. Thanks Shay!!!
First things first, the owner helped my boyfriend and I get our car out of deep snow so not only is the owner a great person, but all the servers seem super genuine! and their food is terrific! lots of gluten free options
Great Canadian fare by the water at Dockside Willie’s. Amazing service and good food plus local craft beer on tap! We got the double pattie burger special that came with freshly made sides onion rings and fries. Food was standard pub fare so expect nothing more. The beer I got was also flat which wasn’t the case for others. Their fries however were amazingly crispy and delicious. Service was also great and they are just getting ready for the summer! It’s a great restaurant after spending your day on the Bruce peninsula in Tobermory or Lions head to have food and drinks by the water. Also they have a dog friendly patio
